Definition. The micro futures contract on the Dow Jones Industrial Average, listed on the CME (CBOT). One index point is worth $0.50.
How it works
MYM is a version of the E-mini Dow (YM) ten times smaller. Their prices are linked by arbitrage. The minimum price increment is 1 point, i.e. $0.50 per contract.
Example
A 200-point move in the index changes the value of one MYM contract by $100.
What to watch out for
The Dow is a price-weighted average, so individual high-priced stocks have a big influence on it. The contract expires every quarter.
